Rambunctious Results Expert and Motivational Speaker Kathy v (aka Kathy von Puttkammer) is So Alive's Head Honcho and Lead Trainer.
Not shy of the spotlight, early in her career, Kathy worked as a dancer, aerobics leader and fitness instructor, both in Perth Western Australia and in Melbourne Victoria.
She went on to take advantage of her strengths as a promoter in a range of industries, including Health and Fitness, Investment Property and in the Media.
Believing in never-ending improvement, in 2004 Kathy gained further qualifications in Business Management, and in 2005 she became Australian certified in NLP (Neuro-Linguistic Programming), Neurological Repatterning, and Ericksonian Hypnosis.
Kathy has trained and worked with world leaders in personal and business performance coaching and masters in NLP, including Anthony Robbins International, the Christopher Howard Companies, and Mars Venus Coaching.
Kathy has also enjoyed being a founding member of WA's leading public speaking group, "Young Guns", a division of Toastmasters International, and has developed a reputation for being vivacious, humourous and always surprising.
Her passion for health, happiness and business, focuses her creative talents towards innovating solutions to make life and work easier, more productive and always fun.

AT HOME
When in her own home environment, Kathy is a lot more chilled, relaxed, and dare we say, even quiet (sometimes)! This is her place to take some time out for herself and she absolutely loves it.
Kathy surrounds herself with her favourite things like her "super comfy bed" and orange salt lamp. She also loves eating bananas and berries (her nickname is fruit-tingle), and if you spot her out at a cafe, she'll probably be sipping on a soy chai latte while playing a game of connect4 or reading a new book.
Don't ask her to take care of your plants as her best efforts don't seem to work very well in that department! While on one hand, she's not too concerned about her lack of horticultural ability, on the other, she becomes unashameably competitive on the tennis court (protect yourself boys, as she'll give as good as she gets!).
Kathy usually adornes herself with clothes that match her personality... Very bright and colourful. However, you may not recognise her a month from now as she models for Shwartzkopf and changes her hair colour almost as much as her shoes. The handbag that she loves the most is fake leather, huge and full of ruffles, and her sister can't stand it!
If the next door neighbour didn't notice, she'd steal their cat Toby, and she loves going to the dog beach on Christmas day. Her family and friends are extremely important to her, and she's proud of being a self-proclaimed daddy's girl.
Mostly, Kathy just loves to smile and when you meet her, you'll find it hard not to smile back!
