Berry Banana

2 Bananas
2 Apples
8 Strawberries or any other berries (fresh organic berries are best)

Water for blending (100ml to start and more to make it runnier)

Serves 2

Smoothie Tips:

Filtered water is healthier and tastes better.

You can pre-chop and freeze your fruit if you like… it will change your smoothie experience. Frozen bananas will make a more creamy smoothie. Experiment for yourself!

Want a nutrition booster? Throw in some green leaves – chinese greens, baby spinach, kale, cos lettuce, mint or basil. These give you a massive shot of chlorophyll and minerals to help increase your immunity, improve your digestion and detox your body. The herbs add a real flavour kick too!

Too sweet? Put in more greens and less fruit. (Remember to add more water to blend the greens if you need to.)

Drink your smoothie straight away, put it in the fridge to serve chilled, or pour into an icypole mould to serve frozen… It’s your choice.
